SSTV:

A popular mode (type of transmission) is Slow scan TV (SSTV) and can be found most active on the amateur radio 20 meter band at 14.230 MHz.  Licensed amateur radio operators transmit and receive high quality color pictures.  All you need to receive SSTV is a computer, high frequency receiver, and special software such as MMSSTV.
